At Kerry Smith Architects we work to guide our clients through the design and construction process, giving them expert advice and listening to their needs in order to produce quality, practical architectural solutions.

The practice was founded in 2007 in Montrose, Angus by Kerry Smith. We are an RIAS Chartered Practice and have three ARB registered architects working as part of our team.

KSA has amassed a portfolio of buildings from a variety of sectors over the years - including private homes, office and retail spaces, cafes and hostels, workshops and sheds. We are also experienced in the sensitive repair, refurbishment and extension of old buildings. Previous conservation projects include the repair and repointing of Drum Castle Tower, refurbishment works at Leith Hall, and various quinquennial surveys for the National Trust for Scotland.

We are continually pushing ourselves in order to better our service to our clients and develop our skills and training.
