Our aim is to create buildings that respond sensitively to their surroundings, are sustainable and have a positive impact on those who live in and use them. We take a considered approach to each project, listening to our clients and individually tailoring the design to meet their needs.
We enjoy working with traditional and listed buildings and the challenges that these buildings bring to a project. We promote the re-use of existing buildings and are experienced in both the complete retrofit of traditional buildings and conservation/restoration projects.
Information
KSA is an RIAS Chartered Practice based in Montrose, Scotland, formed in 2007 by Kerry Smith. We are a design-focused practice and have three ARB registered architects working in our team.
The practice is registered with the Royal Institute of Architects in Scotland and The Royal Institute of British Architects. Kerry Smith Architects Ltd is a registered limited company, trading under the name of KSA (company number SC403431).
